If you are here looking at this page, you are probably unhappy with your current job situation because it does not align with your passions and goals or you know exactly what kind of job you want but don’t know where to start to get there. You are NOT alone.

A few years ago, I quit my corporate job and started my dream career, making films through my own company, Moth to Flame.  I never looked back. It was not easy, but I succeeded and have been doing what I love every day. The best part about doing what you love is that you never look at the clock. You wake up every day excited about how you can grow your business, know your purpose, and most importantly you feel like you are making a difference. I can show you how to make a living doing what you love. It is a lot of hard work and due diligence, but if you are willing to take a risk on yourself and invest your time, I promise you... your life will never be the same again.

STEP 1: PASSION 

Do you know what your ideal job looks like or at least know what passions and interests you have? Let us delve into your many interests and passions and prioritize them in ways that will take your passion to a sustainable profession.

STEP 2: PLAN

Identify your strengths and weaknesses. Come up with a timeline that best fits your current lifestyle and set actionable goals towards reaching your dreams. Remember, a dream is only a dream until we have an actionable plan.

STEP 3: PROGRESS

Take action on your goals. Link up with additional resources that will help supplement your weaknesses. Identify key accountability partners that will help ensure that you continue to progress, even when times get tough.

WEEK 1-4

The biggest objective for the first 4 weeks is to identify and prioritize your passions. THINK BIG. DO NOT LIMIT YOURSELF. WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF MONEY WAS NO OBJECT? 

Anything can become a business, as long as it is something you are willing to dedicate a lot of time and energy into. Aspiring entrepreneuers run into a few common challenges. See if you recognize any of these issues.

  • Do you have a wide range of interests, passions, or skills and cannot decide what to focus on? 
  • Do you feel overwhelmed by the thought of making such a large life decision that you mentally shut down, which leads to procrastination or giving up?
  • Do you mentally limit yourself due to years of conditioning? Perhaps people have told you that you cannot do something or you are so used to thinking about life in terms of practicality and money that it hinders you from being able to think outside of the box?
  • Do you feel unhappy and stagnant in your current job? 
  • Do you feel scared about the future?

Objective of the PASSION PROGRAM

  • Identify any and all potential interests and passions
  • Delve into why each of these passions and interests are important to you
  • Discover links and commonalities between your list of passions
  • Prioritize the passion list based on your life goals
  • Identify ways to generate income and build a business around your list
 
 
 
Plan Program
 

WEEK 5-8*

For the next 4 weeks (or more, some people often complete Step 1 faster*)  we focus on visualizing long term life goals and then creating smaller actionable plans . We work closely with your current daily schedule and plan several months in advance with key milestone markers to get you closer to your dream.

Most people run into the following challenges when they try to do this process of the program:

  • Are you unsure what steps need to be taken to reach your goals?
  • Do you set unrealistic, unreachable or unmeasureable goals?
  • Do you find that life gets in the way and often pushes you to give up early on your goals?
  • Do you feel like you have too many things to do and just cannot devote the time and energy needed to reach your goal? 
  • Do you get frustrated when you do not make a deadline or milestone and instead of reworking the schedule, you just give up?

Objective of the PLAN PROGRAM

  • Build a detailed plan of action that fits in with your current calendar and daily life habits
  • Identify areas of improvement in your daily life habits that will enable you to better reach your goals
  • Create an accountability plan. Identify people in your life or tools that can be used to keep you on track
  • Line up resources and potential networks that can help lead you to your goal
  • Start working on key plans and use the weeks to come to continue honing and perfecting your plan of action. It is okay if you fail the first few times. Life is meant to be full of trial and errors.

WEEK 9-12

The biggest objective for the final 4 weeks is to analyze the progress of your initial actions and adjust your plan of action. Then supplement additional resources and life habits to conquer any potential obstacles.

Often times, the things we plan do not pan out the way we expect them to. This is totally okay and the fact of life. We use the next few weeks to continue perfecting your plan of action.

  • Do you see obstacles that will hinder you from reaching your goal? 
  • Do you feel frustrated when you run into an obstacle that keeps you from your goal?
  • Do you feel like you are not knowledgeable enough and may require other resources to help get you faster towards your goal?
  • Do you feel alone in your quest?
  • Do you still feel scared about your future?

Objective of the PROGRESS PROGRAM

  • Identify any potential obstacles that you already foresee or have already run into
  • Discover new life habits and mental exercises to help get you past your obstacles
  • Identify areas of weaknesses and find resources to help supplement those weaknesses
  • Connect with key people who will become your accountability partners through the process
  • Talk through and combat negative thoughts and feelings of failure with positive reinforcement exercises

Package One

All the Steps!

Includes: 

  • 12 week individualized plan
  • 12 1-hour sessions that can be conducted in person, Skype, FaceTime, or over the phone
  • I am available via text messaging as needed for the 90 day period
  • Customized visualization and  consulting exercises that you will have for life

 

Cost Breakdown:

  • $16.66/day for 90 days (12 weeks) = $1,500 for complete package. 

Package Two

Pay By Step!

Includes: 

  • Doing an entire package can be daunting. You have the option to only try Step 1 or Step 2 before deciding whether to commit to everything else.
  • 1 month individualized plan.
  • 4 one hour sessions with me in person, Skype, Facetime, or over the phone. 
  • I am available via text messaging as needed for the 30 day period.

Cost Breakdown:

  • $25/day for 30 days (4 weeks) = $750 for Step 1 or Step 2 Package

Package Three

Pay by Session

Includes: 

  • You have a good idea what your goals are and just need an accountability partner to walk you through the process. We will pay per session and you can start and stop at any point of the program.
  • 1 - 1 hour session 
  • I am available via text messaging as needed for the 1-week period.

Cost Breakdown:

  • $50/hour
